Without the medial posting required for stability or motion control models, the W755 barely tips the scales at just 9 oz. (in women’s size 7). The cushioning is absolutely wonderful. In fact, New Balance uses their top of the line Abzorb® FL material in a special midsole forefoot section and then tops it off with a full length Abzorb® insert. It’s an amazing treat for the feet, especially if a run of over an hour in length is part of your weekly training regimen. As a neutral shoe, the New Balance W755 Running Shoe for women still offers some arch support via the feather light Stability Web® which also provides rigidity to prevent midfoot flex.
